Trying to solve computer issues is often a MAJOR FAIL, even for LARGE companies, so we have decided to implement a required procedure for reporting issues. Visit http://www.screentoaster.com/ (You’ll need a headset as well).
Make a video with narration, replicating the issue, if possible.  Upload the video to your screen toaster account. Send us the link to staff_at_blueinfinitymusic_dot_com. We will watch the video. This will save us BOTH time and frustration.  It will also increase the likelihood of a response. We make no guarantees on an immediate “fix”, but we’ll try to help, even if our site didn’t cause the problem. Remember, this is supposed to be about the music. Pure idealism!
